Lead UI/UX Expert

We’re looking for a Lead UI/UX Expert with 3+ years of experience to take charge of user-first design across web and mobile. If you live for clean interfaces, strategic thinking, and building seamless user journeys — let’s create something remarkable together.

As a Lead UI/UX Expert at AlleyMedia, you'll be responsible for shaping intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences for brands across industries. From wireframes to final handoff, you’ll lead the design process and collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and clients.

You’ll play a critical role in defining user behavior, improving usability, and delivering design systems that not only look great — but perform even better.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for websites, mobile apps, and web platforms

  • Conduct user research, define personas, and map customer journeys

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD

  • Collaborate with development and strategy teams for seamless implementation

  • Maintain consistency in branding, typography, color systems, and visual hierarchy

  • Optimize UX for accessibility, performance, and responsiveness

  • Present design concepts clearly to clients and internal teams

  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging UX methodologies

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design

    • Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and clean, modern UI work

    • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools

    • Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles

    • Experience working with developers and cross-functional teams

    • Strong communication and presentation skills

    • Attention to detail with a deep passion for usability and design systems.
